Plain terms, written to be read.

Our full terms of service are being finalised before we open to families. The points below are already settled and will appear in them:

  • A memorial is created with a one-time fee and kept active by a monthly subscription.
  • A memorial is accessible while its subscription is active. If payment stops, the memorial is paused and its content kept for six months.
  • Reactivating within those six months carries a one-time $49 fee. After six months unpaid, the account is closed and its content permanently removed. Reminders are sent beforehand.
  • The memorial's owner controls its privacy and approves every contribution from others.
  • Each memorial's address is permanent and never reassigned while the memorial exists.
