Our story

It began with a visit to a grave, and everything the stone couldn't say.

Anyone who has stood at a headstone knows the feeling. You came to be close to someone, and what you find is a name, two dates, perhaps a line of scripture. Everything that made them who they were, the sound of their voice, the way they told a story, the photographs from before you were born, is somewhere else. In a drawer. On an old phone. In a memory that fades a little every year.

4evermemories was created to bring all of that to the one place people already go to remember. A small code on the stone. A page that holds a life. Nothing more complicated than that.

What we believe

A memorial should be a place you return to, not a thing you finish.

Most memorial websites are built for the week of the funeral. A photo, a paragraph, a guestbook, and then silence. We think the years after matter more. That is why a 4evermemories page is designed to keep growing: notes from a cousin, a video found on an old laptop, a timeline that fills in as the family compares memories. Grief changes shape over time. The memorial should be able to change with it.

How we work

  • Calm over clever. No pop-ups, no upsells at the graveside, no clutter. Just the person.
  • Private by default. Nothing is public unless you decide it should be. Your photos and stories are yours, always.
  • Built to last. Every memorial has a permanent address that is never reused, automatic backups, and a plain promise about what happens to your content in every circumstance.
  • Made for phones, in the real world. Fast on a weak signal, easy with one hand, readable in sunlight.

Where we are

4evermemories is built and run in Canada, and open to families anywhere in the world. We are a small team with a great deal of care for what we're doing, and we answer our own messages.

If you have a question, a story, or an idea for how this could serve your family better, we would genuinely like to hear it.

Give them a place to be remembered.

Start with one photograph. Add the rest over a lifetime.
